If you are living in the US or Canada, you can now request a screening of Living the Tradition in your local cinema or community center. A screening can be part of a larger event, or followed by a music session with your local (Irish) folk music group. Ilse and Maarten can also join in over Skype to talk to you and your audience before or after the screening.
To request a screening is very simple. All you need to do is to sign up at this website https://gathr.us/films/living-the-tradition and indicate the information about your screening site and preferred dates. You become our Movie Captain for that site. Gathr will take care of all the technical aspects and contact with your cinema. For the screening to happen, a minimum amount of tickets need to be pre-sold, and we will help you find enough audience. Contact us for more details and information at team@livingthetradition.com.
The first cinema screening of Living the Tradition has just been requested by Fedele Colosimo, a supporter of Living the Tradition, for the Laemmle’s Music Hall 3 in Beverly Hill for October the 7th this year.
